ELCB host a Data Capture Centre which is equipped with an experienced team, modern technology and tools that are designed for purpose of the Project.

In addition, we offer our expert team to assist Clients on site, for the purpose of processing confidential, critical documentation. 
The Data Capture Centre forms part of the Shared Administration Centre, Client Resolution Centre and Document Management Centre.

The Service Centre team offers  data collection, specialised data capture and scanning tools, document sorting and collation; data validations, cleansing and query management.
